Sitka Black-Tail Deer can be hunted in the fall, season opens from August 1st to October 31st. Currently a non-resident hunter may take up to 1-Buck. This is an Outfitted non-guided, 6 day hunt. Up to six clients can be accommodated at the lodge per trip, price per hunter

We do everything we can to eliminate lost time during your travel to the camp or the lodge. Nevertheless several factors can come into play to derail the most prepared hunter. It is savvy to give yourself ample time for your travel. One day from your home to the lodge, will give you extra time in case you run into bad weather or your luggage is lost.

Also, don’t forget that you have to get into your hunting clothes and leave behind personal belongings, complete the hunting contract, deal with delay with the small airplane taking you to your spike camp. In fact a very good rules, do not push your pilot to go somewhere, he is well trained and more adept to figure out the weather than you are. It’s definitely better to arrive later than not at all. On top of that you have to spend a night at camp prior to going hunting if you arrive at camp on a non schedule flight (small airplanes sometimes very small airplane).

All extra cost due to your arrival at camp too early or too late is your responsibility and at your charge.
