Brown Bear Hunts
$30,000 | 10 Day Hunt
1 Hunter to 1 Guide, Spring or Fall
*Not included: License ($260), game tag ($1,000) and round trip airfare to the camp.
If you take a Brown Bear and you want to hunt a wolf (Unit 9 only), you will be charge a fee of $1,500 (price subject to change for 2024).
Brown Bear season in odd numbered years (2023, 2025, etc.) is in the FALL. The Bear season which runs October 1 – 21 has 2- 10-day hunts available:
October 1-10, 11-21.
October 1-10, 11-21.
There is no advantage hunting the first vs. second season. All hunts offer the same opportunity to take trophy class Brown Bear.
In even numbered years (2024, 2026, etc.) there is a SPRING Bear season, which run from May 10 – May 31. There are 2- 10-day hunts available:
May 10-20, 21-31.
Remember in the spring time there are 18-20 hours of daylight. Both hunts offer the same opportunity to take a trophy class Brown Bear.
Accommodations
We are using two separated camps. They are rustic and remote, yet comfortable. We have a sauna and an outhouse. We use Weather port on wood platform. The camps are remote enough that we hunt right out of them. You can seat on the “rock” with your first cup of coffee, while looking for Brown Bear.
